Well we've been there too, and we want to put your mind at ease. After selling to customers online for over 4 years (hell yeah, we're a lockdown baby!) and to thousands of customers at pop-ups all over London & farther afield, we're confident you will love your items at much as everyone else does!
So here it is - if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we'll put it right (email or Instagram are both fine), and over time, if the item/material doesn't perform as expected, we'll sort that too.
